Exploration on the construction of teaching development center for medical college teachers based on the connotative development of higher education

Abstract: Setting up the teaching development center suitable for medical universities is to meet the following needs, including strategic needs of the reform and development of higher education, the realistic needs of the teaching quality improvement of higher education, the objective needs of the improvement of the professional development level of university teachers. It is of great significance to promote the connotative development of higher education. This paper analyzes the main problems in the construction of the current teaching development center for medical universities teachers, and puts forward the strategies and suggestions to strengthen the construction of the current teaching development center for medical college teachers, and to promote the connotative development of higher education, combined with the specific work practice in Jinzhou Medical University.
