Abstract: Strengthening the construction of clinical medicine faculty will guarantee better quality of clinical medicine education. In the context of the national “double first-class” construction and “medical-education collaboration”, clinical medicine faculty in affiliated hospitals play a decisive role in medical talents cultivation in colleges and universities. This article analyzes the importance of clinical medical faculty construction and related common problems under the background of “double first-class” construction. Taking the first Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University as an example, we start from faculty training, assessment and evaluation, summarize the approach in our hospitals construction of clinical medicine faculty, aiming to promote the long-term development of clinical medicine faculty and to cultivate high-quality medical talents.
