The main contents included basic information, occupational identity, psychological capital and innovative behavior. General descriptive analysis, independent sample t test, one-way analysis of variance, Pearson correlation analysis, multiple hierarchical regression and Bootstrap were used for statistical analysis. Results A total of 813 doctors were included. The total score of doctors' professional identity was (48.45±7.24), the total score of psychological capital was (90.43±11.85) and the total score of innovative behavior was (28.53±4.23). Pearson correlation analysis showed that doctors' professional identity was positively correlated with psychological capital, psychological capital with innovative behavior, and professional identity with innovative behavior (P<0.001). Multiple hierarchical regression and structural equation model showed that occupational identity and psychological capital can positively predict innovative behavior, and psychological capital plays an intermediary role between occupational identity and innovative behavior. Conclusion Doctors' innovative behavior is at the medium level, and professional identity and psychological capital are positively correlated with innovative behavior.
