Abstract: The quality of undergraduate students is the prerequisite and foundation for universities to cultivate high quality talents. The new examination and enrollment model of "classification examination, comprehensive evaluation, and diversified enrollment" brings new challenges to the quality and level of university enrollment work. This paper focuses on using a combination of research and empirical methods, studying and researching policies, proposing suitable enrollment countermeasures for the development of medical colleges, and providing rationalization proposals for the scientific preparation of future school enrollment plans. It proposes reasonably setting enrollment scales, selecting examination subjects and professional groups, dynamically adjusting the structure and proportion of enrollment plans, scientifically arranging admission rules, continuously improving publicity programs, and achieving closed-loop management and benign cycle of enrollment work.
