Personal information data governance in medical institutions from the perspective of data assets—a case study of Capital Medical University educational system

Abstract: With the in-depth development of informatization in college education, data is an increasingly important asset in the construction of informatization, and standardized and orderly data governance methods are solid foundations for ensuring correct circulation and use of data. Taking the research and development of the academic affairs system of Capital Medical University as an example, through the analysis and discussion of the main problems encountered in the process of personnel information data governance, a set of effective solutions is explored, aiming to have a reference and promotion effect on data asset management in the construction of university informatization.
