Abstract: Objective   To analyze the examination results of graduation skills of ultrasound medicine specialty in Beijing residents standardized training in 2020 and to explore the influencing factors. Methods  The basic data, skill assessment results and overall examination results of ultrasound medicine specialty in Beijing residents standardized training were collected, and the overall examination results of different categories of candidates, different sites and different assessment items were statistically analyzed by χ2 test  test. Results  There were no significant differences in the pass rates of candidates with different identity types  (χ2=0.453, P=0.797), different educational levels (χ2=1.990, P=0.549), different training years (χ2=1.132, P=0.568); the pass rates of candidates at different assessment sites  (χ2=453.611, P=0.000) were statistically significant (P<0.05). Among them, the pass rate of “humanistic communication and assessment of new coronary pneumonia and nosocomial infection” (100%) was the highest, and the pass rate of “operation skill” was 97.5%. Secondly, the pass rate of “radiological imaging and nuclear medicine reading” and “case analysis and diagnosis” was the lowest (94.17%). Except for abdominal examination items, the pass rate of operation skill of the same group was higher than that of case analysis and diagnosis. Conclusion   Residents of Beijing ultrasound medical specialty have preliminarily achieved homogeneous training, but the training should be strengthened scientifically for the weak links of skill mastery.
