Reflections on the training mode of the professional master’s degree in cardiac surgery

Abstract

Abstract: In the context of the comprehensive implementation of the policy of integrating standardized training between master degree students in clinical medicine and resident physicians in China, there are some problems in enrollment and training for master’s degree students majoring in cardiac surgery. This article combines with the teaching experience, puts forward reflections on the comprehensive cultivation of the master's degree in cardiac surgery under the current training mode from the aspects of the standardization training design, the humanistic quality cultivation and the scientific research cultivation.
