Abstract: The cultivation of pharmaceutical postgraduates is to meet the needs of pharmaceutical research, development, production, circulation and management. With the rapid development of China's economy, the demand for professional talents in the field of pharmacy is more and more obvious. However, medical colleges and universities in China are still facing many problems in the cultivation of pharmaceutical talents. These problems mainly focus on uncertain training objectives, chaotic curricula, poor teaching staff, poor school enterprise cooperation and so on. These problems restrict the continuous cultivation of pharmaceutical professionals. This paper aims to analyze weakness of the current pharmaceutical professional postgraduate training program, then to provide the potential solutions. First,  universities, enterprises and institutions should recommend high professional level personnel to form a tutor group, jointly formulate theoretical courses and practical guidance suitable for different training stages of pharmaceutical postgraduates. Second, universities, enterprises and institutions should jointly establish early practice bases, expand students' thinking and practical skills through field exercises, so as to be more conducive to students career vision planning. Third, it is advisable to improve the rules and regulations of different training stages of professional postgraduates, and formulate appropriate degree awarding and evaluation standards. The cultivation of professional postgraduates is inseparable from the organic combination of “university, enterprise and society”. Through the implementation of efficient school-enterprise cooperation, the integration of existing resources, rely on geographical advantages, market-oriented, and strengthen the “practice” of this training goal. And hence, transport a large number of talents for the national economic construction.
