Exploration of post competency training mode for new teachers— a case study of Capital Medical University

Abstract:  The post competency training of new teachers is an important measure to strengthen the construction of teachers team and improve the overall quality of teachers. Based on the questionnaires and interviews for newly-recruited teachers in the past five years,  through the actual training practice and exploration,  according to the new characteristics of the trainees,  this paper explored the training mode of new teachers post competency from the aspects of constructing diversified training system,  constructing training service platform and establishing the training safeguard mechanism.
