摘要: 核医学具有独特的学科特点,首都医科大学核医学系作为联系各个附属医院专科教学的枢纽,单纯依靠传统教学管理模式,不能够充分发挥其在现代医学教育所提倡的培养复合型青年人才工作中的作用。在2021-2023年期间,学系以青年人才培养问题为切入点,探索性将PDCA(plan-do-check-act)循环应用于学系青年人才的教育培养实践中,通过持续的计划和执行、对结果的检查和行动,根据评估结果调整培养计划和目标,持续改进学系组织针对青年医生教育实践活动的方案、更好地设计和组织教学活动,为学系(院)青年人才培养工作提供了新的思路参考和一定的实证经验。

Abstract: Nuclear medicine has distinct disciplinary features. The Department of Nuclear Medicine of Capital Medical University, as the teaching hub of various affiliated hospitals, solely relying on the traditional mode of teaching management, fails to give full play to its role in the cultivation of complex young talents advocated by modern medical education. From 2021 to 2023, the PDCA (plan-do-check-act) cycle was performed in the education and training practice of the department's young talents. Continuous planning, implementation, results inspection, and adjusting the training plan and objectives according to the evaluation results were carried out to improve the program of educational practice activities, as well as better design and organization of teaching activities. This provided new ideas and certain empirical experience for the training of other young talents in departments.
