摘要/Abstract

摘要： 医学专业学位研究生培养由临床培养和科研能力培养两方面组成。为了分析医学专业学位研究生科研能力培养模式现状，提高科研能力，促进临床与科研相结合，笔者于2021年12月对首都医科大学附属北京天坛医院神经外科专业学位32名研究生发放调查问卷，分别从科研能力培养途径的来源、科研与临床关系认知对比、科研产出时间、科研产出类型、科研能力培养需求认知对比5个方面分析神经外科专业学位研究生科研能力现状情况。根据结果分析，增加科研能力培养途径、增加不同专业研究生科研交流等可提高研究生科研能力培养。

Abstract: The training for medical postgraduates consists of both clinical training and research ability training. In order to analyze the current situation of the training mode of scientific research ability for medical postgraduates, improve the scientific research ability, and promote the combination of clinical and scientific research, through questionnaires for 32 postgraduates majoring in neurosurgery in Beijing Tiantan Hospital, Capital Medical University, we analyzed the current situation of scientific research ability of neurosurgery postgraduates degree in five aspects: source of scientific research ability training, cognitive comparison of research and clinical relationship, time of scientific research output, type of scientific research output, and comparison of perception of scientific research ability cultivation needs, respectively. According to the analysis, the cultivation of scientific research ability should be improved by increasing the scientific research ability cultivation pathways and increasing the scientific research exchange among postgraduates of different majors.
