摘要: 以“新工科”的专业建设要求为出发点,探索实践培育“医工结合型”康复工程创新人才培养模式,以适应新时期康复事业发展的需求。以工程专业人才培养理念为指导,以提升学生的创新能力为导向,构建具有康复工程专业特点的人才培养模式。 在“医工结合”康复工程创新人才的培养理念、人才培养方案、创新教育平台等方面,取得明显的教学成效,充分得到了社会和行业的认可。

Abstract: Based on the requirements of the professional construction of “new engineering”, to explore the innovative talent training mode of “medicine-engineering combined” rehabilitation engineering, so as to meet the needs of the development of rehabilitation in the new era.  Guided by engineering talents’ training concepts and the improvement of students’ innovation ability, a talent training mode with the characteristics of rehabilitation engineering was constructed.  The training concept, talent training program and innovative education platform of “medicine-engineering combined” rehabilitation project have been formed, which have achieved obvious teaching results and been fully recognized by the society and industry.
