大学生心理健康与思想政治教育的协同效应分析

摘要: 本研究旨在推进大学生心理健康教育课程思政建设,强化心理健康教育课程育人功能、提高大学生政治素养,详细论述了心理健康与思想政治教育融合的意义,并呼吁高校可通过提升教师的育德意识和育德能力、完善课程评价机制、精炼课程内容、善用积极心理学视角、倡导科学健康观、更新教学方式、利用网络舆情等方面,促进心理健康教育和思想政治教育的协同发展。

关键词: 心理健康教育, 思想政治教育, 课程思政

Abstract: This paper aims to promote the ideological and political construction of college students, mental health education curriculum, strengthen the educational function of mental health education curriculum and improve college students, political literacy. The significance of the integration of mental health and ideological and political education is discussed in detail.  It is suggested that colleges and universities should promote the coordinated development of mental health education and ideological and political education by improving teachers, moral awareness and ability, perfecting course evaluation mechanism, refining course content, making good use of positive psychology perspective, advocating scientific health view, updating teaching methods, and making use of network public opinion.
