导学思政视域下医学研究生“导+学”三维融合育人模式探索与实践

摘要: “新医科”背景下,医学研究生思想政治教育具有鲜明的时代特征,同时,迫切需要解决研究生教育中学术科研指导与思想政治教育两张皮的游离现象问题。本文通过分析医学研究生思想政治教育现状与困境,结合研究生培养实践经验,以“导学思政”驱动方法创新,形成以突显地域人文特色的思政资源为基础,充分利用课堂教学主渠道,建立“一中心、两覆盖、三融合”的教学创新模式,打造“导学思政”品牌团队;同时发挥“双带头人”教师党支部阵地育人优势,加强学科团队与党团组织协同育人,构建导学思政视域下的“导+学”三维融合育人模式,为研究生思想政治教育提供效能最大化的实践方案。

Abstract: Under the background of new medical science, the ideological and political education of medical graduate students has the distinctive characteristics of the times. At the same time, it is urgent to solve the problem of academic research guidance and ideological and political education in postgraduate education. Based on the analysis of the current situation and predicament of ideological and political education for medical postgraduates, combined with the practical experience of postgraduate training, this paper takes the guiding ideology as the driving force in method innovation, forms ideological and political resources highlighting regional humanistic characteristics as the basis, makes full use of the main channel of classroom teaching, and establishes teaching innovation model of “one center, two covering and three-way integration”, builds a mentor team of “ideological instruction”. Meanwhile we should give full play to the advantages of Party branch with “double leaders”, strengthen the cooperation between the discipline team and the Party and youth league organization in educating students, construct the three-dimensional integration education mode of “guidance and learning” from the perspective of ideological and political guidance, and provide practical programs to maximize the effectiveness of ideological and political education for postgraduates.
