Construction and application of systematic human resource management based on hospital information platform

Abstract: Systematic and scientific human resource management is essential in the era of rapid development. With the deepening of public hospitals reform, the scientific management and effective encouragement of professional talents in hospitals are directly related to the development of hospitals and disciplines. The outdated, simple hospital personnel management methods and measures are difficult to meet the needs of today’s rapid development. The human resource management of hospital presents the trends of systematization, diversification and informationization. This paper discusses how to build a systematic human resource management system on the basis of the hospital’s overall information platform, and how to actively explore a scientific, standardized, comprehensive and systematic human resource management model, which is worth learning for hospital managers.
