The Health China 2030 Plan has clearly put forward that health education and talent fostering should be strengthened, and health industry should be developed with a systematic and optimum structure, so as to become a pillar industry in the national economy. Health industry is turning into a key contribution to health China construction and a critical area of the state industry development. Medical education and health industry have experienced a rapid progress, but there still exists a sharp contrast between strong demand on the education/service and weak status of the industry growth. It faces various challenges including shortage of high-level talents, deficiency in industry standard and monitoring, and weakness in industry innovation, etc. Consequently we should speed up reform of the medical education talent supply front, enhance cooperation and research in talent fostering, and boost upgrade of the medical education and industry.

The plan of “Healthy China”is closely related to the reform and development of higher pharmaceutical education. It attaches great significance both in the development of various programs and in talents education mode. On the pathway to elevating education quality and seeking excellence, an examination of the relationship among status quo of China’s pharmaceutical education, personnel cultivation goal and social demand is crucial. This paper emphasizes that China’s higher pharmaceutical education, while confronted with opportunities, is also faced with challenges, such as lack of healthcare professional personnel, severe shortage of pharmaceutical care practitioners and an urge for updating pharmaceutical education concepts. It also puts forward suggestions on launching the construction of several programs related to healthcare industry; constructing a Chinese characteristic pharmaceutical care education system; optimizing government, industry, university and research mechanism; and deepening the education mode of pharmaceutical talents.

The problem-based learning is called PBL teaching. It is a student-centered teaching, in which teachers play a leading role in using typical cases of clinical disease to demonsrate the disease’s nodes and process. The four concrete measures include cases collection, teachers’ training, students guidance, and preparation of basic conditions. The teaching consists of seven steps: analyzing clinical cases, explaining questions, discussing points, integrating issues, summary and conclusions. This teaching enables students to acquire knowledge points in the chapter, and improve their thinking in diagnosis and treatment.

Objective To explore the teaching effect of the Case-Based Learning (CBL) mode combined with the
problem-based learning (PBL) mode in community nursing practice teaching. Methods We selected two classes of
undergraduates in Grade 2013 from a nursing school in Beijing as the study objects, 62 students of Class 1 as experimental
group and 58 students of Class 2 as control group. The experimental group used CBL combined with PBL learning mode
in community nursing practice teaching and the control group used the traditional learning mode. Before and after the
teaching, we used self-made questionnaire to investigate the community nursing knowledge, the practice ability and degree
of satisfaction of the two groups. Results The student’s ability to analyze and solve problems(x2=22.892, P<0.001),the
language expression and communication ability(x2=15.562, P<0.001), autonomous learning ability (x2=11.336, P=0.001),
curriculum interests(x2=5.384, P=0.020) and degree of satisfaction(x2=4.772, P=0.029) of the experimental group were
obviously higher than those of the control group, and the difference is statistically significant. Conclusion The CBL
combined with PBL learning mode in community nursing practice teaching is effective for the student to increase the
comprehensive practice ability and quality of teaching, and it is worthy to be promoted widely in community nursing
practice teaching in the days to come.

Objective By analyzing the results of clinical-skills final achievement examination for standardized trainees, this paper finds out the problems existing in the process of standardized medical residency training, and provides useful references for standardized medical residency training. Methods We analyzed the pass rate of some professional examinations in 2016, and found problems in the process of standardized medical residency training. Results The problems of various professional examinations focused on judgment of the auxiliary examination, analysis of test reports and other objective tests. The failure rate of the auxiliary examination shared 96.8 percent of the total failure rate on the first stage. The failure rate of the auxiliary examination shared 97.44 percent of the total failure rate on the second stage. However, the pass rate of the skill operation with subjective nature was higher. Conclusion In order to ensure and improve the comprehensive quality of standardized medical residency training, we should ensure the training cycle schedule of the auxiliary departments, strengthen identification training of the auxiliary inspection results, and reinforce the formative evaluation application in the course of training.

Objective To explore the current situation and influential factors of job satisfaction among standardized training residents in Shanghai and to put forward measures of improving their job satisfaction. Methods A randomized sampling was used to recruit 318 standardized training residents from 4 training bases in Shanghai to participate in this questionnaire-based survey. The questionnaire included both Minnesota satisfaction questionnaire (MSQ) and some other socio-demographic items. Results The average score of intrinsic satisfaction, extrinsic satisfaction and overall job satisfaction were 40.96±7.241, 19.78±3.910 and 67.90±11.503 respectively. And the Pearson correlation analysis showed that the scores of 3-dimensions of job satisfaction were positively correlated with average sleep time (per week), while the scores of extrinsic job satisfaction were negatively correlated with average work time (per week). Comparison analysis (t/F test) showed residents who were older, married and had previous work experience, longer training years and less salary satisfaction would get lower scores in overall satisfaction. Conclusion Standardized training residents in Shanghai enjoyed a moderate level of job satisfaction. And offering better work environment, increasing residents’ satisfaction of salary and improving training methods and humanistic care may help increase the job satisfaction among standardized training residents in Shanghai.

Hegel's thought on natural philosophy is an important part of his grand philosophy world, which has a profound influence on the development of later philosophy and sciences. Hegel's natural philosophy is based on the thought of Kant 's thing-in-itself and it is also the process of sublation and transformation. In Hegel's view, thing-it-self is the pure existence in all things, it is not a material and nor spirit, nor subject to any special quality or any time and any space. Hegel's thought on natural philosophy also contains a wealth of dialectics thinking. Based on Hegel's understanding of thing-in-itself, this paper is mainly discussed the formation and influence of Hegel's thought natural philosophy.
