Existing problems and optimizing countermeasures in the implementation of the five-year excellent medical talent training plan in local universities

Abstract: Local universities play an important role in the implementation of the five-year excellent medical talent training plan. Based on the analysis of the existing problems, this paper clarifies the guiding ideology in the implementation of the five-year excellent medical talent training plan and puts forward the optimizing countermeasures, so as to promote comprehensively the excellent medical talent training in local universities.
