Abstract: Objective  To summarize the experience of online internship teaching for international medical students, and preliminarily evaluate the quality of online internship teaching. Methods  We adopted various teaching modes including video recording, live case discussion, audio PPT, silent PPT and so on, and designed an online questionnaire to evaluate the quality of online internship teaching among international medical students. Results   The results of the overall satisfaction survey on online teaching showed that most of international medical students were satisfied (85.96%) and 14.04% of the students were dissatisfied. 54.39% of the students thought that the Infectious Diseases internship course was easy to understand, 42.11% of the students thought that the infectious diseases course was easy to understand, and only 3.51% of the students thought that most of the course contents were not easy to understand. Conclusion  An appropriate teaching model can make up for the shortcomings of online teaching to a great extent and give full play to the advantages of online teaching, which is worth our continuous exploration.
