Abstract:

Objective To analyze and evaluate the feedback effect of the academic evaluation method based on the concept of OBE-CDIO in the online teaching of TCM internal medicine for international students. Methods In the 2019 online teaching of TCM internal medicine for international students in Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, the subjective evaluation and objective results of international students are analyzed through questionnaires, with the goal of achievement-oriented education, and the CDIO model of TCM internal medicine. Results After the teaching practice of OBE-CDIO mode, the self-evaluation results of the experimental group in terms of knowledge and skills, process and method showed that the students thought their ability was significantly improved and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). However, according to the academic assessment results, the final average score of the experimental group increased significantly, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), and the average score and excellent rate were significantly improved. Satisfaction survey showed that the satisfaction of the experimental group in knowledge and skills, process and method, emotional attitude and values was 100%, which was higher than that of the control group. Conclusion The establishment of "multi-interactive" academic assessment under the concept of OBE-CDIO can better reflect students' ability in knowledge and skills, process and method, which is of great significance to improve the quality of TCM medicine teaching for international undergraduates.
