Abstract: The combination of clinical medical professional degree master's degree students and standardized training for residents is a major reform of medical education, which is of great significance to improve the overall quality and clinical diagnosis and treatment ability of professional degree master's degree students. However, after the merger, higher requirements are put forward for the training of master's degree graduates. These all put great pressure on professional degree master students, and some of them have developed psychological problems such as psychological imbalance, anxiety and depression, and even some choose to suspend schooling or switch to science degree graduates. This seriously affects the quality of standardized training for residents, also deviates from the original intention of training of high-quality medical talents. Peer psychological counseling is between classmates or people of similar age. It has the characteristics of easy access to trust, various forms, free time and strong pertinency, and is a useful attempt for psychological counseling of postgraduate students with master's degrees. In the practice of clinical teaching, the author takes the realization of teaching as the starting point, takes the peer psychological counseling mode as the guide, and takes the clinical master's degree graduate students who rotate in the same department in the same period as the group. For the psychological problems of the clinical master's degree graduate students, the clinical teaching teachers and the outstanding seniors in the previous training are invited to analyze and answer the questions and provide one-on-one counseling. The "tea break, book club, research salon, and training forum" for clinical master's degree students are held regularly to share the clinical problems, research problems, and emotional problems encountered during the training rotations. The network cloud platform is used to regularly provide suggestions, clinical medical case analysis, scientific research tips, etc.
