Construction of clinical practice teaching system for training traditional Chinese medicine personnel in "coordination between medicine and education"

Abstract: The cultivation of clinical practice ability of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) talents is the key to the coordination between medicine and education, which can effectively solve the problem of disconnection between teaching and clinical practice. Therefore, this paper proposes to construct a multi-dimensional and integrated clinical practice teaching system.The system adheres to the orientation of "ability enhancement", builds a "medicine-education coordination" clinical practice teaching faculty, constructs "homogenized" practice teaching bases, carries out the reform of "3+2" teaching mode, establishes a practice platform, improves the quality assurance system of Chinese medicine clinical practice teaching, and implements diversified assessment and evaluation. In this way, we can realize the effective improvement of the cultivation level of applied talents of Chinese medicine in the new era of medical and health care.
