Practice and thoughts on talent training of Western medicine learning from traditional Chinese medicine in primary hospitals

Abstract

Abstract: Over the past 60 years, the training of Western medicine learning from traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has made great contributions to the enterprise of the integrated Traditional and Western medicine in China. This paper takes the practice of talent training on Western medicine learning from TCM in primary hospitals in the School of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Capital Medical University as an example. The scheme and implementation effect of the training course of Western medicine learning from TCM were introduced, and the problems faced by the training and the countermeasures were also put forward. Western medicine learning from TCM is a continuing education mode with Chinese characteristics and one of the important ways to train talents of integrated Chinese and Western medicine.
