摘要: 教学督导是医学院校内部教学质量保障体系的重要组成部分,发挥着“智囊团”和“思想库”的作用。结合中国医科大学工作实际,从教学督导系统构建的思路、重点与运行效果等方面,通过介绍学校教学督导系统的运行情况和后续建设的方向,以期为各医学院校提供借鉴和参考。

Abstract: Teaching Supervision Sub-System (TSSS) is an important part of the internal teaching quality assurance system in medical colleges, fulfilling the responsibility of “think tank” and “brain trust”. Taking our work as an example, the paper presents the operational process and future directions of the TSSS by introducing the design scheme, key elements, operation effects, aiming to provide reference for other medical colleges and universities.
