“南山精神”引领卓越医学人才培养探索——以广州医科大学为例

摘要: 广州医科大学凝练了以“勇于担当的家国情怀,实事求是的科学精神,追求卓越的人生态度”为核心的“南山精神”。学校依据榜样行为学习理论,融合南山育人理念,传承榜样精神,赋能医学教育,以“南山精神”引领卓越医学人才培养改革,强调人文情怀、创新能力、实践能力培养,为培养卓越医学人才进行了实践探索,取得一定成效。

Abstract: Guangzhou Medical University has condensed the “Nanshan Spirit” —the courage to take responsibility of the country, the scientific spirit of seeking truth from facts, the pursuit of outstanding attitude towards life. Based the theory of model behavior learning, we integrate the concept of Nanshan education, inherit the spirit of examples, empower medical education,apply the “Nanshan Spirit” to the reform of training outstanding medical talents, pay attention to cultivating humanistic feelings, innovation ability and practical ability. It provides practical exploration for the training of outstanding medical talents, with certain achievements.
