Cultivation of medical students’ positive psychological quality in post-epidemic era

摘要: 医学生是我国医疗卫生事业的重要储备力量,肩负着无私奉献、救死扶伤的职业责任,特别是后疫情时代,医学生的心理品质决定着未来医生、护士等医务工作者的心理健康、工作表现和职业形象。文章通过分析积极心理品质的概念和特点,提出医学生积极心理品质的内涵,并从学校、家庭、社会和医学生个人4个层面提出培养医学生积极心理品质的有效路径,为培养未来合格的医学工作者奠定基础。

Abstract: Medical students are important reserve forces for China's medical and health undertakings. They shoulder the professional responsibility of selfless dedication, saving lives and rescuing the wounded. Especially in the post-epidemic era, the psychological quality of medical students determines the mental health, work performance and professional image of future medical professionals. The article analyzes the concept and characteristics of positive psychological quality, puts forward the connotation of positive psychological quality for medical students, and proposes effective ways to cultivate positive psychological quality for medical students at four levels: school, family, society and individual medical students, so as to lay the foundation for cultivating qualified medical workers in the future.
