基于PDCA循环的新型医学技术经理人培养实践——以首都医科大学技术转化体系为例

Training practice of new medical technology managers based on PDCA cycle—taking technology transfer system of Capital Medical University as an exmaple

摘要: 医学科技成果转化是实现新药和创新医疗器械成果产品化、商业化和产业化的关键途径,是推动技术创新和技术进步的重要手段,医学技术经理人在此过程中发挥着关键作用,但医学技术经理人短缺已经成为医学科技成果转化的瓶颈之一。作为全国最早开展医学技术经理人培训机构之一,首都医科大学科技园自2019年起,探索性将PDCA(plan-do-check-act)循环应用于“校、地、医、企” 多方参与的医学技术经理人培养实践中。通过持续的计划和执行、对结果的检查和行动,根据评估结果调整培养计划和目标,持续改进医学技术经理人培养方案和培养方式,形成了自己独特的培训体系,为大学和培训机构的医学技术经理人培养模式的建立和实现路径提供了借鉴。

Abstract:

The transformation of medical scientific and technological achievements is a key way to achieve the productization, commercialization, and industrialization of new drugs and innovative medical devices. It is an important means to promote technological innovation and progress. Medical technical managers play a crucial role in this process, while the lack of medical technical managers has become one of the bottlenecks restricting the transformation of medical scientific and technological achievements. As one of the founding institutions for medical technical manager training in China, the Science and Technology Park of Capital Medical University has taken the issue of cultivating medical technical managers as the starting point since 2019, exploring the application of PDCA (plan-do-check-act) cycle in the training practice of medical technical managers involving multiple parties such as schools, local government agencies, hospitals, and enterprises. Through continuous planning and execution, inspection and action of results, and adjustment of training plans and goals based on evaluating results, the park continuously improves the training plans and patterns of medical technical managers, forming its own unique training system. The practice provided a reference for the establishment and implementation of medical technical manager training patterns in universities and training institutions.
