城乡定向医学生人文素质培养——以丽水学院为例

摘要: 目的 通过丽水学院城乡医学定向生人才培养基本现状,提出人文素质提升的路径以及对定向生的培养实践探索。方法 选择623名医学定向生以及45名统招生为研究对象,采用调查研究法、访谈法、文献研究法,就当前城乡医学定向生人才培养过程与教育教学过程存在的主要问题进行调查研究。结果 40%的受访者表示人文素养缺失较难适应差别工作,在就业观念以及职业规划上,95%的受访者表示自己是听从家人的建议以及考虑到职业的稳定性选择成为定向生的;4.8%的受访者表示有明确的就业及职业规划,93%的受访者表示只想通过考试,顺利毕业;在医学生人文素养关注方面,55.1%的受访者未关注人文素养问题,22.2%的受访者认为学校缺失人文素养培养课程。结论 当前城乡医学定向生人才培养过程与教育教学过程存在培养模式欠缺系统化、人文素质教育相对缺失等现象。高校应该高度重视定向生的培养工作,紧抓实践教学质量的同时,也要注重医学人文素养实践,加强定向医学生扎根基层、服务基层的责任意识与使命担当,培养出优质的基层全科卫生工作人员,致力于中国基层医疗卫生事业的和谐发展。

Abstract: Objective Through the basic status quo of talent cultivation of urban and rural medical oriented students in Lishui University, the path of humanistic quality enhancement and the exploration of cultivation practice of oriented students in Lishui University are proposed. Methods Selecting 623 medical orientation students as well as 45 unified enrollment students as the research object, survey research method, interview method and literature research method were used to investigate and study the main problems existing in the current process of training talents and education and teaching process of urban and rural medical orientated students. Results Forty percent of the interviewees said that the lack of humanistic literacy is more difficult to adapt to the difference work. In the concept of employment and career planning, 95% of the interviewees said that they chose to become oriented students on the advice of their families as well as in consideration of the stability of their careers; 4.8% said that they have a clear employment and career planning, and 93% said that they just want to pass the examination and graduate successfully; in the concern for humanistic literacy among medical students, 55.1% of the respondents did not pay attention to humanistic literacy, and 22.2% of the respondents thought that humanistic literacy cultivation courses were missing in schools. Conclusion  At present, there is a lack of systematic training mode and a relative lack of humanistic quality education in the training process and teaching process of urban and rural oriented medical students. Universities should attach great importance to the training of oriented students, pay close attention to the quality of practical teaching and the practice of medical humanities, strengthen the sense of responsibility and mission of oriented medical students to take root in the grassroots, serve the grassroots, cultivate high-quality grassroots general health workers, and commit themselves to the harmonious development of China's grassroots health care cause.
