Innovative practice of the "5+3+X+continuing education" integrated medical education information management platform

摘要: 本文旨在探讨高校附属医院医学教育管理的信息化建设,以提升其整体的医学教育管理水平。通过分析管理中存在的困难与阻碍,创新构建临床医学人才培养“5+3+X+继续教育”贯通式信息化管理平台,实现大容量数字化管理、泛在式学习评估、课程题库智能化产出等新模式,打通“高校-医院”医学教育网络壁垒,塑造绿色安全节能优势,从而推进医学教育高质量发展。

Abstract: This paper aim to explore the informatization construction of medical education management in university-affiliated hospitals, and enhance the overall level of medical education management. By analyzing the difficulties and obstacles in management, an integrated information management platform for clinical medical talent training in the "5+3+X+continuing education" model has been innovatively developed. The platform has achieved new models of large-capacity digital management, ubiquitous learning assessment, and intelligent output of course question banks. It has also broken down the network barriers between universities and hospitals in medical education, created green, safe, and energy-saving advantages, and promoted high-quality development of medical education.
