医学人文视域下中医临床实习生叙事医学育人模式探讨

Narrative medicine education model of clinical interns in Traditional Chinese Medicine from the perspective of medical humanities

摘要: 近年来,医学院校开始重视和践行“医学人文科学教育”,但我国的医学人文系统教学方法、内容和教育模式相对滞后。本文从叙事医学方法内容出发,结合中医高校的教学特点,汲取传统中医与叙事医学中的生命智慧,围绕传播叙事理念以培养共情能力、开展精细阅读医学人文读书分享会、电影鉴赏弥补医学人文教育不足和平行病历引导反思性写作4个板块,分析如何通过叙事医学理念的渗透,改善医学生医患沟通能力缺乏及人文素养不足的现状,探索中医药高等院校临床实习生叙事医学育人模式。

Abstract: In recent years, many medical colleges and universities have emphasized the importance of practicing medical humanistic science education, but the content and mode of medical humanistic system teaching in China are relatively backward. From the content of narrative medicine, this paper draws on the life wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and narrative medicine by combining the teaching characteristics of Chinese medicine colleges and universities. It focuses on four aspects: spreading narrative concept to cultivate empathy ability; carrying out medical humanities intensive reading sharing meeting; film appreciation for medical humanities education; and parallel reflective writing of medical records. It hopes to analyze how to improve the current situation of medical students' lack of doctor-patient communication ability and insufficient humanistic literacy through the penetration of narrative medicine concepts, and to explore a narrative medicine education model of clinical interns in TCM colleges and universities.
