"Level and integration" innovative top talents training mode

摘要: 依托贵州医科大学基础医学国家级实验教学示范中心,利用贵州省“一流平台、一流师资团队”两个项目政策和经费支撑,围绕培养创新拔尖人才的核心任务,坚持“以生为本,推进四个回归”,联合七大实验教学平台,强调信息技术与实验教学深度融合,突出医学教育基础阶段实验教学在医学生创新人才塑造中的重要地位,构建具有中国地方医学高校特色的“层阶-联融”创新拔尖人才培养模式,为区域性实验教学革新提供新方案。

Abstract: This study is based on the national experimental teaching demonstration center of basic medicine of Guizhou Medical University, uses the policy and funding support of the two projects of “first-class platform and first-class teachers team” in Guizhou Province. This paper focuses on the core task of cultivating innovative top talents, adheres to the principle of “student-oriented, promoting four regressions”, combines 7 experimental teaching platforms, emphasizes the deep integration of information technology and experimental teaching, and highlights the important position of experimental teaching in the basic stage of medical education in shaping medical students' innovative talents, constructs the innovative top talent training mode of “level and integration” with the characteristics of Chinese local medical colleges and universities, and provides a new scheme for regional experimental teaching innovation.
