农村订单定向医学生培养情况调查与分析

Investigation and analysis of the cultivation status of rural order oriented medical students

摘要: 目的 旨在了解南京医科大学康达学院农村订单定向医学生培养状况、评估培养情况及阶段性差异,为提高农村订单定向医学生人才培养质量提供基础信息和参考依据。方法 以574名农村订单定向医学生为研究对象,通过问卷调查法对不同年级定向医学生在课程设置、师资教学、考核评价及综合素质上进行横向对比。结果 定向医学生认为增设相应课程的必要率均超过了50%;对师资教学的总认同度为81.18%;2018级-2021级定向医学生对考核形式的认同度随着年级的升高整体呈下降趋势;定向医学生认为自身综合素质的具备率为81.37%,且随着年级的升高而逐级降低;2018级临床医学专业定向生对实践教学的满意度为80.31%。结论 不同年级农村订单定向医学生的培养状况存在一定差异,应当采取针对性措施,提高定向医学生的培养质量。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the cultivation status of rural order oriented medical students at Kangda College of Nanjing Medical University, to evaluate the stage differences in cultivation, and to provide basic information and reference for improving the quality of training of rural order oriented medical students.Methods A total of 574 rural order oriented medical students of Kangda College of Nanjing Medical University were recruited and we conducted a cross-sectional comparison of the curriculum, faculty teaching, assessment and evaluation, and overall quality of the rural order oriented medical students in different grades by questionnaire survey method.Results The proportion of rural order oriented medical students who think it necessary to add corresponding courses exceeds 50%; the total the overall approval rate of faculty teaching is 81.18%. From grade 2021 to grade 2018, the approval rate of rural order oriented medical students showed a downward trend with the increase of grades. The rate of rural order oriented medical students who think they have comprehensive quality is 81.37%, and decreases step by step with the increase of grades. The satisfaction rate of targeted clinical medicine students of grade 2018 with practical teaching is 80.31%.Conclusion There are some differences in the training situation of rural order oriented medical students in different grades, and targeted measures should be adopted to improve the training quality of the rural order oriented medical students.
