摘要: 近年来,我国在医学硕士研究生教育体制上进行了改革,将医学专业学位型硕士研究生教育和住院医师规范化培训合并实施,旨在通过系统化和规范化培训培养出熟练掌握各种临床技能的高层次应用型人才。改革取得了阶段性成果,但在实施过程中,一些单位有“重临床、轻科研”的倾向,出现了轻视医学专业学位型硕士研究生系统科研培训的现象,一定程度上偏离了将医学专业学位型硕士研究生培养成兼具临床技能和科研能力的复合型人才的目标要求。本文通过对此问题进行分析和讨论,提出了临床实践和科学研究应是相辅相成的有机体等思想观点和应对措施。

Abstract: Recent reforms of China’s postgraduate education system of clinical medicine combined the clinical medical postgraduate education with the standardized residents training, aiming to cultivate high-level applied talents proficient in various clinical skills through systematic and standardized training. Yet in the process of implementation, the tendency of “emphasizing clinical research over scientific research”, and the phenomenon of neglecting the systematic scientific research training of medical professional postgraduates raised concern. This, to some extent, deviates from the goal of training clinical medical postgraduates into all-around talents with both clinical and scientific research capabilities. This paper analyzed and discussed the above issues, and put forward our suggestions and measures for reference.
