Abstract: In order to adapt to the development and needs of the Big Health, we need to optimize the teaching mode of health management professionals. Based on the preliminary exploration and practice of the teaching reform of health management specialty in our school, this paper analyzes the requirements and the necessity of the reform of the educational mode for the health management specialty, and discusses and summarizes the concept and mode of the training of the compound talents under the background of the Big Health, and puts forward the teaching mode focusing on the concept of "four compound" cultivation.
