基于创新班医学生需求调研的社会医学与卫生事业管理课程教学探索

Teaching exploration of social medicine and health management course based on demand survey of medical students in innovative classes

摘要: 目的 以学校人才改革项目“首医阶平班”开办为契机,结合阶平班学生培养目标要求以及社会医学与卫生事业管理学科发展对于医学专业人才的新要求,了解创新班医学生课程需求与意向,为优化社会医学与卫生事业管理课程教学提供依据。方法 对首都医科大学医学高端复合型人才的贯通培养(5+研究生培养阶段)阶平班授课学生开展问卷调查,调查分析其对于课程认知、内容设计、教学活动意向、教学方式偏好等方面情况。结果 56.25%的学生认同该课程的重要性;77.08%的学生认为相较于双语教学,更倾向于纯汉语教学,43.33%的学生希望采用线上线下混合式教学。课堂教学活动除了传统的教师讲授,兴趣意向较高的是现场参观(3.98分)、实操训练(3.75分)与案例讨论(3.52分),且希望能多采用启发式教学、多开展案例分析、多采用小组讨论。期望在健康的社会决定因素(占64.59%)、卫生改革与发展(占64.58%)、弱势人群卫生服务(占62.50%)章节讲述中针对时事热点点评将思政内容融入本课程。结论 基于学生的意向选择与建议情况,需要进一步优化社会医学与卫生事业管理课程内容和结构,适当采用双语教学、强化案例教学与课堂实践,积极探索以“学生成长为中心”的教学内容与方法改革,以期提升教学效果,助力培养具有创新思维能力的医学领军人才。

Abstract: Objective With the setting of the innovative Jieping Program of Capital Medical University, this study combines the training objectives and requirements of the class with the new requirements of the development of social medicine and health management. It aims to understand the curriculum needs and intentions of innovative medical students and provide a basis for optimizing the teaching of social medicine and health management.Methods The study conducts a survey among the innovative class students in Capital Medical University to investigate and analyze their preferences for course cognition, content design, teaching activities, and teaching methods.Results The results show that 56.25% of students agree with the importance of this course. Compared to bilingual teaching, there is a preference for entire Chinese teaching (77.08%), with 43.33% hoping to adopt a blended online and offline teaching approach. In addition to traditional lectures, classroom teaching activities with higher interests include on-site visits (3.98 points), practical training (3.75 points), and case discussions (3.52 points), with the hope of using more heuristic teaching, conducting more case studies, and using more group discussions. It is also expected to incorporate ideological and political content into this course in the chapters on Social Determinants of Health (64.59%), Health Reform and Development (64.58%), and Health Services for Vulnerable Groups (62.50%).Conclusion Based on students' intentional choices and suggestions, it is necessary to further optimize the content and structure of the course of Social Medicine and Health Management. Bilingual teaching should be properly adopted. Case method and classroom practice should be strengthened. This study hopes to explore the reform of teaching content and methods focusing on "student growth", with a view to improving teaching effectiveness and helping to cultivate leading medical talents with innovative thinking abilities.
