Effectiveness evaluation and analysis of the management training program of the specialty alliance based on Kirkpatrick’s four-level model

Abstract: ObjectiveBased on the Kirkpatrick’s four-level model, this article objectively evaluated the effectiveness of the management training program organized by Ditan Infection Alliance to provide reference for the further effective construction of specialized alliance. MethodsIt took a full management training course as the research object, and used Kirkpatrick’s four-level model as the research method. Focusing on four research layers (Reaction, Learning, Behavior and Result), it evaluated the training effect during and one year after the training.Results A total of 31 hospitals participated in the training, and 23 hospitals finally implemented 54 management measures of the analyzed courses, 74.19% of the hospitals had substantial impact from the training. ConclusionThis training has achieved the desired targets, and the evaluation system adopted has its scientific validity. It is able to objectively evaluate the effectiveness of training. It is of great significance to continuously improve the level of management training program.
