Abstract: Hospital trust is an effective way to promote the expansion of high-quality medical resources and the balanced distribution of resources. In order to further explore the effects of different types of hospital trusteeships, three typical samples are selected, and semi-structured interviews are conducted with the district health committee and relevant persons in charge of the trustee hospital. Using Grounded Theory, three levels of coding were carried out on the interview data, and finally 38 concepts, 17 sub-categories, and 4 main categories were sorted out. It is found that the managed hospital has improved significantly in terms of standardized management, medical services, discipline layout and development; and the integration between the trustee and the entrusted hospital is limited by the investment in hospital development funds and institutional cultural differences. It is recommended that the competent authority should facilitate the introduction of supporting policies related to custody, encourage the construction of the data sharing platform between institutions, promote the enhancement of cultural integration between the trustee and the entrusted. As a result, forming a community of interests, further improving the sinking effect of high-quality medical resources, and meeting the multi-level medical services of regional residents need.
