Four approaches to the construction of innovative teaching management team in medical colleges and universities

Abstract: The status of the teaching management team is directly related to the quality of education, teaching and talent training. To improve the overall quality and the level of the teaching management team in medical schools, it is necessary to strengthen the construction of innovative teaching management team. This paper started with the basic connotation of the constituent elements in “team construction” and its restrictive factors, combined with the current status of the teaching management team, comprehensively applied the methods and research results of pedagogy, management and systems research. It put forward four major approaches including management concept update, personal quality improvement, group structure improvement and    establishing an institutional guarantee system, conducted a comprehensive, systematic and in-depth study of the innovative teaching management team of medical colleges and universities, aiming to promote the construction of the teaching management team of medical colleges and universities.
