Thoughts on revision of medical talent training program

Abstract: he implementation of the “Healthy China” strategy calls for a corresponding “new medical” talent training system, and it is imperative for education and teaching reform to be based on the needs of the medical and health system and oriented by professional competency. Therefore, when revising medical talent training program, we propose to reorganize the training objectives and graduation requirements driven by competency; to optimize curriculum system according to the principle of reverse design and forward construction of “curriculum matrix”; to condense the course content and refine the core courses according to the course objectives; to fully explore online course resources and modular setting of elective courses and to integrate innovation and entrepreneurship education with whole talent training process.
