Practical exploration on the homogeneity of clinical teaching in medical colleges and#br# universities: the case of Xuzhou Medical University

Abstract

Abstract: With the increase of the out-of-school clinical teaching bases of medical colleges and universities, the problem regarding clinical teaching quality is growing critically, which has become a hot concern in current medical education research. Studied in Xuzhou Medical University, this paper systematically introduces the process and effect of the practice and exploration of clinical teaching homogenization, and provides reference for the construction of standardized medical personnel training system and clinical teaching reform.
