Abstract: This study used a combination of online questionnaires and departmental faculty discussions to systematically analyze the current status of teaching archive management in our hospital. The study found that issues such as insufficient awareness of the importance of archives among teaching archive management personnel, the lack of unified standards for archive management processes, and relatively outdated management methods were prominent. In response to these issues, this article proposes a series of countermeasures to improve the current status of teaching archive management, aiming to promote the scientific and modernization of teaching archive management in our hospital. By implementing these strategies, we hope to further enhance the management level of teaching archives and provide strong support for the development of disciplines and the improvement of teaching quality.
