This paper explored a health vocational college in Beijing from 2016 to 2020, took rural orient ed graduates as research object. Through questionnaire research methods, a survey was conducted on the employment status, wage treatment, employment satisfaction, curriculum and employment guidance of graduates. The results showed that rural oriented graduates have the opportunity to enter stable employment workplaces, the salary level is higher than the regional average level, and the overall job satisfaction is higher. The results also reflect students need to strengthen vocational skills training, professional courses, and employment guidance.
