Investigation on the post competence of medical students——taking Medical Vocational College as an example

Abstract

Abstract: This paper explores three main aspects of internship and employers evaluation of medical students professional quality and ability, existing problems and basic standards of professional quality and ability required by the post. Then it carries out a questionnaire survey to understand the situation of students post competency, clarifies the weaknesses and improvement direction, and intends to start with strengthening the construction of study style and the cultivation of comprehensive quality of medical students to improve their post competence.
