Medical students' mental health improvement from the perspective of the self-control strength model

Abstract: he medical students' mental health is of great significance to the development and future of national medical and health undertakings, and self-control is one of the important factors affecting individual mental health. From the perspective of the self-control strength model, this paper analyzes the reasons leading to medical students' self-depletion and the impact of self-depletion on medical students' mental health, and puts forward countermeasures to maintain medical students' mental health from the perspective of the self-control strength model, hoping to provide references to improve medical students' self-control ability and mental health.
