Abstract: Strengthening teachers’ teaching ability is essential both for the survival and development of newly-built medical schools and for teachers’ self-professional development. This paper studies the classical teaching ability model and the development stage theory, constructs TEAM teaching ability training system, and promotes the continuous improvement of teachers’ teaching ability through three levels of “training, expanding and advanced-migration”.
