Strategy analysis of constructing high-level talent team in tertiary public hospitals based on psychological contract theory

Abstract: Based on the framework of psychological contract theory, this paper analyzed the mechanism, measures and effects of talent team construction in a tertiary public hospital in Beijing. The study indicates that through the implementation of talent training system covering different career stages, convenient and efficient support service system, the application of incentive mechanism, the role model effect of leading talents,the optimization of innovation resources and environment, it is of great help to build a high-level talent team. Based on theoretical and practical experience, this paper puts forward the strategy of constructing talent team in tertiary public hospitals, so as to promote the cultivation of internationally influential leading scientific and technological talentsin tertiary public hospitals,promote the original innovation in the field of medicine and health in China.
