摘要: 医学研究生培养作为我国研究生培养的重要组成部分,对医学卫生事业的整体发展具有重要意义,医学研究生的学术道德建设直接影响着人才质量。本研以医学研究生为研究对象,通过专家咨询法,层次分析法,归纳分析形成学术道德规范的评价指标体系,对医学研究生良好学术道德的养成发挥着重要作用,以求实现高质量的医学人才输出。

Abstract: Medical postgraduate training serves as an important part of postgraduate education in China, It is of great significance for the overall development of medical and health undertakings, The construction of academic ethics of medical postgraduates directly affects the quality of talents. This study centers on medical postgraduates, through literature review,questionnaire survey, expert consultation, induction and analysis, finally sets up academic ethics evaluation index system aiming to foster good academic morality of medical postgraduates and to cultivate high level medical talents.
