摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的　将25项隐蔽青年问卷（25-item Hikikomori Questionnaire ，HQ-25）翻译成中文，并检验其信度和效度，为早期发现青年人中的社会退缩状态提供可应用的筛检工具。方法　征得问卷原作者的同意，对HQ-25进行正译、回译、文化调试得到中文版HQ-25问卷（HQ-25-C）。采用分层抽样法选取北京某高校574名医学生作为调查对象，采用SPSS 26.0检验HQ-25-C的内部一致性信度和分半信度，同时采用AMOS 26.0对其因素结构进行验证性因子分析。结果　信度分析：HQ-25-C总量表Cronbach’s α系数为0.928，社会化、隔离和情感支持3个分量表的Cronbach’s α系数分别为0.844、0.855和0.741。分半信度Spearman-Brown系数为0.945。验证性因子分析：χ²/df=2.910，RMSEA=0.058，CFI=0.927，IFI=0.928，TLI=0.911。结论　HQ-25-C具有良好的信度和效度，可在青年学生中作为筛检工具进行应用。

Abstract: Objective　To translate the 25-item Hikikomori Questionnaire (HQ-25) into Chinese and test its reliability and validity among medical students in Beijing, so as to provide an applicable screening tool for early detection of social withdrawal among young people.Methods　With the consent of the original author, the Chinese version of the questionnaire HQ-25 (HQ-25-C) was obtained after translation, back translation and cultural adaptation. By stratified sampling method, questionnaires were distributed among 574 medical students in a university in Beijing to test its reliability and validity. SPSS26.0 was used to test the internal consistency reliability and split half reliability of HQ-25-C, and AMOS 26.0 was used to conduct confirmatory factor analysis of its factor structure.Results　Reliability analysis: Cronbach’s α coefficient of HQ-25-C was 0.928, and Cronbach’s α coefficient of socialization, isolation and emotional support were 0.844, 0.855 and 0.741, respectively. The split-half reliability Spearman-Brown coefffcient was 0.946. Validated factor analysis: χ²/df=2.910, RMSEA=0.058, CFI=0.927, IFI=0.928, TLI=0.911.Conclusion　The HQ-25-C has sound reliability and validity, and can be used as a screening tool in young students.
