摘要: 深圳大学医学部自成立以来,注重培育医学生的创新能力和科研素质,构建了“科研导师制—创新实验—项目竞赛”三位一体的科研创新能力训练体系,并逐步形成自己的特色,通过建立有效的科研导师运行及管理机制,以基础医学创新实验系列课程为载体,以国内外医学相关科研大赛为契机,有效促进了医学本科生科研素养和创新能力的提升。2012年以来,医学部临床医学专业90%以上学生通过参与该训练体系的培训,在科研论文发表、科研项目申报、国内外科研竞赛中取得骄人的成绩。

Abstract: Since its establishment, Shenzhen University Health Science Center has paid attention to cultivating the innovative ability and 
scientific research quality of medical students. A trinity scientific research and innovation ability training system of “tutor system-innovative experiment-project competition” has been built and gradually formed its own characteristics. Through the establishment of effective tutor operation system and series of basic medical innovation experiment courses, as well as taking the opportunity of domestic and foreign medical-related scientific research competitions, such scientific research and innovation ability training system effectively promoted medical undergraduates scientific research literacy and innovation ability. Since 2012, more than 90% of the clinical medicine students have participated in this training system and achieved outstanding results in scientific publications, research project proposals, and research competitions.
