Abstract: Safety is the primary requirement of laboratory work. Most of the laboratory safety accidents are caused by non-standardized, inaccurate and incomplete safety training. For the laboratory safety training of pharmacy students, based on the traditional laboratory safety lectures, we have improved the standard operation procedures of laboratory teaching, built an online training course with broader coverage, and introduced virtual simulation technology for dangerous experiments, forming a “four-in-one” laboratory safety training course. After nearly three years of practice, the safety awareness of students entering the laboratory has been greatly improved, and the experimental operations have become more safety-oriented and standardized, and no safety accident has occurred while improving the efficiency of experiments.
