The current situation of scientific research output of best hospitals in China and America and our suggestions

Abstract

Abstract: Through investigation by literature search and comparison, this study has drawn a conclusion that scientific output in the best hospitals in China is not as plentiful as those in the United States. After learning the experience of the US hospitals, we should focus on the following aspects for the process of scientific construction of China’s hospitals: to change the management style of scientific research, strengthen the management of scientific research funds, improve the system construction of scientific researchers, focus on Big Data construction and mining, and construct the advanced discipline groups.
